Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for the personal data processed through Virtual Bingo Cards (virtualbingocards.com) is Gat-Blac SpA, a company incorporated in Chile and based in Santiago. You can contact us about any privacy matter at support@virtualbingocards.com.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and which rights you have.
2. Data we collect
- Organizer email address: the email you enter when you create or buy a game, used to send you your access link and your cards.
- Game settings: title, column letters, colors, number of cards, call sequence and other settings of your game.
- Player data: the names and email addresses of players entered by the organizer, used only to send them the links to their bingo cards.
- Payment information: payment status and transaction reference provided by Mercado Pago. We never receive or store card numbers.
- Country and language: your approximate country, derived from your IP address, and your browser language, used for statistics and to show you the right language, plans and prices.
- Usage data: basic analytics about how the site is used, collected through Google Analytics and Metricool.
- Cookies: cookies needed for the admin area to work, and analytics cookies (see section 6).
3. How we use your data
- To create and run your game, generate your cards and deliver your PDF.
- To send you your Game Manager access link and help you recover it.
- To send players the personal links to their bingo cards, at the organizer's request.
- To process and confirm payments with Mercado Pago.
- To answer your support requests.
- To show the site in your language, with the plans and prices for your region.
- To produce aggregate statistics and improve the Service.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use player email addresses for marketing.
4. Player data and the organizer's responsibility
When an organizer invites players by email, the organizer decides whose data is entered and is responsible for having their consent to send them the invitation. We use player names and email addresses only to send the links to their bingo cards for that game.
If you received an invitation and want your data removed, you can contact the organizer or write to us at support@virtualbingocards.com.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago, which acts under its own privacy policy. Card data is handled directly by Mercado Pago and never touches our servers. We only receive information such as the payment status, the amount and the transaction reference.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies:
- Necessary cookies, which allow the admin area of your game to work properly.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Metricool, which help us understand, in aggregate form, how visitors use the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the admin area may not work correctly.
7. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for that purpose: Mercado Pago (payments), Google Analytics and Metricool (analytics), and the providers we use to host the site and send emails. Some of these providers may process data outside Chile; in that case we take reasonable steps to ensure the data remains protected. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
8. How long we keep your data
- Paid games: game data and player email addresses are deleted within 90 days after access expires.
- Free games: game data and player email addresses are deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
We may keep certain payment records for longer when needed to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations.
9. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification of or deletion of your personal data, and exercise any other rights granted by applicable law, by writing to support@virtualbingocards.com. We may ask you to confirm that you control the email address linked to the data. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Access links are private and hard to guess. Please keep your Game Manager link confidential, since anyone who has it can manage your game.
11. Applicable law
This policy is governed by the laws of Chile, in particular Law 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and its amendments, including Law 21.719 on the protection of personal data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, together with its update date.
